AI Evaluation Disagreement Logbook Starter

Description

Use ai evaluation disagreement logbook to record up to ten bounded entries. Use the worksheets for one real or clearly fictional project. This starter edition works on its own. Choose a manageable scope and record what you actually do.

Scope and privacy

Keep a source-linked manual record of disagreement in AI-output reviews. No output is scored automatically, reviewer identities are not needed, and the tool does not establish consensus, truth or model quality. A discussed issue can remain unresolved. Preserve the exact rubric and output versions.
